Method One, click Cloud Materials - Hard Decoration - Background Wall -Filtering and use from the dado panels;

Method Two, click Customization - Select System Cabinets - Design Library - Drag and use dado panels;

Method Three, click Customization - Select Whole Wood - Drag and use wall panelings;
