Why is there no customization?

Customization services need to be purchased. If you have already made a purchase but it is still not showing, please check the following points:

1. Check if your account has expired. If it has expired, you need to re-purchase it at our pricing page: https://www.aihouse.com/global/product/pricing

 

2. Check if the platform account has been allocated. If you have already made a purchase, the permissions need to be allocated. After logging into your account, click on "Merchant Center" in the top right corner -> "Assets" -> "Unexpired Service Package" -> "unassigned" -> click on "distribution" (you need to complete the store information before allocation); if it is a corporate account, it is recommended to consult your enterprise administrator;
