Hello, the same account can only be logged in by one person at the same time. If there is a duplicate login, it will be shown as forced logout:

1. Check if you have logged in from multiple windows, check the password, and clear the browser history before log in.

2. The old and new versions cannot be opened simultaneously. If you open them simultaneously, you will be reminded to log out. Please open one of the versions for drawing;

3. Determine if any other colleagues are sharing this account. If you are sure there aren't, it is recommended to change the password before using it.
