In order to protect account security, please do not disclose your personal account information to others!

 

1、Edit personal account information:

Step 1: Click Settings from the drop-down menu to open your Account page.

Step 2:Edit your personal information and click Save.

​

Note: The account information should be completed before you purchase and activate AiHouse's customize module!

 

2、Change account password

Step 1: Click on the drop-down menu Settings and open the Security page, click Modify.

​

Step 2: Enter the original password and the new password to create the new password for your AiHouse account, click Submit to change.

​

Note: The password should be within 6-20 characters that containe letters and numbers!

 

3、Change the email of your account

Step 1: Click on the drop-down menu Settings and open the Security page, click Modify.

​

Step 2: Click Get the mailbox verification code to obtain the verification code. Enter the verification code and click Submit to verify the current email address.

​

Step 3: After you verify your curreent email address, there is dialog will pop up. Input the new email address and click Get the mailbox verification code. Input the verification code and click Submit to finish the verification.

​

Note: You can use the mailbox to log in after binding the mailbox, and you can reset the password through the mailbox if you forget the password.

 

4、Retrieve password

Step 1: Go to the Sign in page and click Retrieve password.

​

Step 2: Enter the registered email address and click Send.

Note: You will receive an email from AiHouse, please check the email and click RESET PASSWORD.

Step 4: Enter the new password to change the password of your account. Then you can use your new password to log in AiHouse design platform.
