Hello, after purchasing the account, you need to contact the sales representative from whom you bought the account. They will assist you in assigning the necessary permissions in the backend so you can use the customized module. Alternatively, you can provide photos of the front and back of your ID, the payment receipt, your phone number, and your account information to the after-sales customer service. They will help you get in touch with the sales representative to assign the permissions. The usage period for the account will start from the day the permissions are assigned.

(Note: Before assigning permissions, you need to complete the store certification. Each service or service package can also be reclaimed within 72 hours after the first assignment, with a maximum of three reclaims. After 72 hours, services cannot be reclaimed, but can be reassigned.) The operation steps to view and assign services are shown in the screenshots below:

1. Go to the Workspace interface - select Applications - Basic Management - Asset Management;

2. You can choose either unassigned or assigned service packages. Assigned service packages can be reassigned if needed;
