You can follow the following steps:

1. Get into the ceiling custom, double left click the wall that you would like to design to enter the 2D design canvas;

2. Click on drawing - select the shape of the area to be drawn, modify the height from the ceiling. If there are multiple areas in one area, draw them separately;
