FAQ

Q: Who can create a Circle?

A: Organizations (enterprises or stores) approved for a Design Circle can assign creation permissions to specific users, though only admins have this right by default.

 

Q: How many Circles can one organization create?

A: Each organization can create up to 1 Circle. Once the Circle has 10 members or 100 shared assets, the organization becomes eligible to create one more Circle. For additional capacity, please contact our customer support.

 

Q:Who can join a Circle?

A:

-Public Circles: Any organization's administrator can apply to join. After joining, all members within the organization are added by default.

-Platform Circles: Individual users can join.

-Private Circles: Joining is by invitation only.

Q:How many Circles can one organization join?

A: Up to 10 Circles by default. For more, please contact Circle customer support.

Path: Product Management → Design Circle → Create a design circle

4. Invite Users to Join a Circle

Path: My Organization's Circle → Member Management → Invite to Join
This will display an invitation QR code or a link. The invited organization's Circle admin must log in via the link. The Circle owner will then go to Member Management → Pending Requests to approve or reject the request.

6.Share Assets

Path: Product Management → Enterprise/Store Materials→Hover over the "More operations" button in the list → Circle
A popup will appear (Note: You can drag or resize this window).

Select which Circle to share to → Click Choose Circle → Enter the asset sharing interface.

Assets already shared will be auto-selected. Simply select the unshared ones. Selected assets will be added to the popup list. Click Confirm Share to complete the process.

 

6.2 Add a product link to connect to your online shop

Path: AiHouse Workbench → Product Management → Edit Model → Enable Commodity Quotation → Add Website Link

(Note: The link must include "https://". After setting all links, please contact your sales representative and share a list containing your Circle ID, product ID, and product link so we can add you to the allowlist to display your product links.)"

Steps:
Go to AiHouse (Note: only supported in the latest design version: aihouse.3vjia.com/design)
-Option 1 → Cloud Library → Design Circle
-Option 2→ Customization Module - Choose any of the module - Design circle
