Hello, please click on File - My Schemes to view and you can also view the scheme ID. (When sending the scheme number to the customer service teacher, try not to take a screenshot. Copy and send the ID number instead; from left to right, hold down the left mouse button, select the ID number, and then press Ctrl+C to copy.)

1. Move the mouse to "File" and left-click "My Schemes".

2. Enter "My Schemes" and search for the scheme number (scheme ID).
