Hello, if it is a finished model, platform users can upload and use it by themselves. If it is custom model materials, such as door panel styles, cabinet styles, etc., materials need to be provided to the online customer service teacher for registration and production. The details are as follows:

1. Five models can be uploaded simultaneously at a time;

2. Each file cannot exceed 200M;

3. Uploadable file formats: max, skp, rvt, rfa;

4. Model software version: For skp format, it needs to be version 2015 and below, and for other formats, it is all version 2020 and below;

5. Max models with materials can upload the materials and material packages as zip or rar.
