Step 1: After get into the ceiling custom, double left click the ceiling to get into the 2D design canvas;

Step 2:Go to the top menu-use polyline to draw special shaped area. The area should be closed.

Step 3: Left-click on the polyline with the mouse, right-click and select Convert to Area.
