I. Function Introduction:

In the aluminum door and window canvas, when a unit/combination window is selected, the edge distance ruler is displayed. You can modify the ruler to move the door and window position, and set the display/hide in the top menu.

II. Problem Solving:

After designing the door and window and placing it into the 2D page, it is impossible to view and adjust the distance of the window from the edge.

III. Graphic and Text Operating Steps:

(1) Click on Customization on the left - Select the aluminum door and window module to enter, or open a design scheme containing aluminum door and windows, select the wall and double-click to enter the aluminum door and window 2Dapp

(2) Top menu - Ruler - The position ruler is checked. Select the door and window in the canvas, and you can view the edge rulers on the top, bottom, left and right.

(3) The ruler can be edited after double-clicking and can perform four arithmetic operations.

Note: If the center point of the edge exceeds the canvas, the edge distance ruler in that direction is not displayed.
