Billing and Payment Terms

By choosing to make a payment or top-up on AiHouse, you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept all contents of these Billing and Payment Terms.
Given the potential risks associated with payment and top-up services, you should carefully read these terms before proceeding.


I.Payment / Top-Up Methods


A.You must select an appropriate payment channel on the AiHouse platform and follow the instructions provided by that channel to complete your payment or top-up.
B.AiHouse only provides access links to third-party payment channels and does not provide or operate any payment functions directly. AiHouse is not responsible for any loss incurred during your use of these payment channels. Any disputes between you and a payment channel provider are independent of AiHouse and must be resolved directly with the provider.
C.Payment channel providers may charge service fees in accordance with their own policies (these may appear on the payment/top-up page or other relevant pages).
Reminder: Please review all applicable fees carefully and select a payment method that meets your needs.

 

II.Risk Warning


A.You are responsible for verifying your account information and operation choices when making payments. AiHouse will not compensate for losses resulting from incorrect account input, improper operation, misunderstanding of billing methods, topping up the wrong account, selecting the wrong plan, or similar user errors.
B.If you make a payment or top-up using illegal means or channels that are not officially supported, AiHouse does not guarantee successful or accurate processing. AiHouse will not provide compensation for any resulting loss and reserves the right to terminate your account and suspend services at any time.
C.After your top-up is successfully completed, the funds in your AiHouse account may be used freely within the platform.
D.AiHouse does not provide refunds or reverse exchanges under any circumstances.

 


III.Exemption of Liability


AiHouse is not liable for:
A.Any dispute arising from your use of third-party payment channels.
B.Losses caused by your disclosure of account credentials or password loss.
C.Losses resulting from your intentional actions, gross negligence, or third-party misconduct.
D.Losses or disputes caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
hacker attacks, telecommunications disruptions, government-imposed shutdowns, or virus attacks.

 


IV.Subscription & Refund


A.Refunds will not be provided for any paid subscription.
B.Subscription validity begins on the date AiHouse activates your subscription after receiving payment.
C.Once your subscription expires, the paid features of your AiHouse account will be suspended. You must make another successful payment/top-up to continue using them.
D.AiHouse reserves the right of final interpretation of these Billing and Payment Terms. Matters not covered herein are governed by the AiHouse User’s Service Agreement.
E.If any clause in these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain effective and binding.

 

V. Cancellations

Note: This section applies only to retail subscriptions and does not apply to enterprise users.


A.In accordance with the AiHouse Billing and Payment Terms, no refunds are issued after a successful payment.
B.If you need to cancel your subscription, please click here to complete the form and provide the email address associated with your subscription.
C.Please contact us at least 5 days before your next billing date, and our staff will follow up with you. Your current subscription period will not be affected.
